I count myself a good coach, tester and also a good test manager. I identify myself with the principles of context-driven testing and I try to be an advocate for using common-sense in testing along with pleading for skillful testing. I coach, teach and work accordingly.

People and human interactions are my field of interest and fascination. Since 2009 I've consistently educated myself through conferences, courses and work to obtain understanding for the obstacles we put in front of each other in organizations of all kinds. If you want me to, I can help you loosen up the gordian knots.

My skill set is broad and well upholstered, gathered from many years of working in the IT business in Denmark. I have worked in almost any role within a project. I have failed and succeeded, but mostly I learned from them.

I have worked with people all over the organisation chart and I easily mix in.

As a tester I am used to learn fast and think for myself. I use Exploratory Testing as an approach to solving testing mysteries - as it's fast, to the point, highly disciplined and structured. And I teach testers to do it too. Everybody can do it. With training they can do it even better and I'm (not only in my own words) rather good at providing that training.

My devotion to grow testing as a profession has lead me to spend some of my spare time to coach younger, talented testers world wide. I also develop experiential workshops and bring them to conferences or companies. Just ask me about this.

I maintain my own education from now on by attending conferences, reading books, exchanging and discussing issues in various forums and keeping a large network. Oh - and I'm not ISTQB certified as I chose the much more demanding BBST courses.

But make no mistake: I'm in this game for results! I want the job done and done well.
